This is my remix of Ender 3 Filament Roller Guide by Holspeed.
It has an button inside, so it works as a filament runout sensor.
You will need only some screws (M4, M2) and 608 bearing.
If you haven't 608 bearing, you can print this: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4628063
Loading and unloading filaments works pretty well after bend the button (see pictures) and is comfortable in my opinion.
I have no problem with reliability, haven't found any issue.
