Filament Sensor Modification on Creality K1C **Description:**I designed a modified support for the filament sensor on the Creality K1C, relocating its position to the back. This change allows the filament to enter from the upper left side (front view), improving filament management and extrusion reliability. **Main modifications:** - The filament sensor has been flipped to better adapt to the filament feed path.- The filament enters from the top, on the left side of the machine (front view).- I added a PTFE tube guide with a wide radius to ensure a smooth filament passage, reducing friction and potential jams.- For mounting the support, the three fixing screws must be replaced with M3x10 screws, while the original screws can still be used for the sensor. This solution enhances filament handling, especially for spools of flexible or high-friction materials. If anyone is interested in the STL file for the support or has suggestions for further improvements, let me know in the comments! --
