Filament spool holder

This spool holder is adapted to ESun PLA spools
.
To assure a correct filament feeding, ABEC5 ball bearing is inserted in the "axe_bobine" item.
I've joined the SW file of "axe_bobine" to be adapted to other filament brand.

The "centrage" item is used to adapt axe size (I'm using a 8mm axis, but initially, top items were designed for 10mm axis...)

"axe_bobine" item replaced by v2 (axis issue on the v1)
