Filament Spool Holder

I tried several other spool holder models before making my own and this one works well for me. It can be used with standard 1Kg spools as well as the older Flashforge 600g spools with the small central hole. The separate cylindrical adapter, for 1Kg and other spools with a large central hole, is slightly shorter than the integrated spindle so that it can spin on the spindle when the cover is bolted on. The main spindle broke off on an earlier version of this with no supporting cover after several months use but this one has been in use for a couple of years now without any problems. I used M6 bolts (through 6.5mm holes) with nylon wing nuts to hold the cover on. Its a bit of a drag having to undo these when changing filament but the wing nuts make it pretty quick and easy.
