Filament Spool Holder v2

This is a remix of my original spool holder. I realized after a bit of use that hole for the threaded rod on the original one was too small. If came up against the inner hub of the bearing, making it not spin very well. I fixed that and made it use standard 608 bearings (22mm x 8mm x 7mm) as well.
