Filament Spool Storage Rack

I wanted to store our filament spools in a neat and easy-to-access way next to the 3D printer, so I created a storage rack that can sit on my table. I purchased 16mm aluminium pipe from the hardware store and cut it to length. Holes are designed to be snug for 16mm pipe.

I made the horizontal pipes 333mm, a good length to fit 4 spools. The vertical are 222mm which is perfect height for a 1kg spool. 2.5m of pipe was required in total.

2 files are attached, one with a single end piece and a second version with 2 laid out on the plate.
