Like many others, I'm using clear “cereal boxes” for filament storage and I wanted a simple way to identify what was in each. There are various solutions out there and mine involves printing a “panel” that you stick onto your container with some double-sided tape. Then you can slide one of the printed tags into it. Each tag has text labels for 4 different types of filament and by rotating or flipping the tag and slipping in into the panel, any one of those labels is revealed. I printed mine with just basic PLA and I'd recommend using a very dark color for the body of the tag and very light color for the text; black and white in my case worked great but black and yellow, dark blue with while or yellow etc. will do well. The tags are quite thin and so if, for example, you printed with a white base and red text, you're going to see some red bleed through from the other side [ask me how I know].
