A storage box for your filament to protect them from the high humidity environments. The design can be used in most stackable storage boxes.
The Bar holders
The bar holders are designed with a draft angle of 3 degrees to compensate the draft angle of stackable boxes.
Its designed for bars with diameters up to 19mm. I use a 19mm and a 15mm bar. The screw holes of the inner parts are 6mm and for the outer part 6.5mm. The outer parts have counter sink holes. The screws and bolts I used are 1/4" x 38mm because that is what I had on hand.
The Feeder (1.75)
The feeder consist out of 2 parts. Both have a draft angle of 3 degrees again for fixing them into stackable boxes.
The outer part sticks trough a 7mm hole into the box. At the inside it is fixed to the inner part using M3 bolts and nuts. The hole is 1.75mm and I drilled it out to a 3 mm hole and added a PTFE tube in for smooth feeding thru the filament.
