Filamment holder center plug

Filament holder center plug for 608 bearing. This one fits all filament spools that i bought so far.

Update: 23. dec. 2018:
Added "kolut_cep_v2.stl" for standard spools and "kolut_cep_v2_AF.stl" for spools with a litle bigger center holes.
V2 for better rotation, less material consumption, faster printing.

Added two more sizes, 44 and 57mm
