This solution allows you to add a USB drive into a file for safe storage. If you find the lid too tight you could resize it to 100.5%. I made a sufficiently big enough opening on the side so you can also pry it open with a pen or scissor or just about any desired tool on your table.

I printed mine in PETG but just about any filament should work fine

The thing is sufficiently sized to take most USB thumb drives.
