A complete set of file handles for rectangular and round file stakes. There are 3 hangers for 4, 6 and 8 files. if you trust your layer adhesion you can print them as on piece. I print mine as separate parts and clip the hooks into the base. They are a tight fit and shouldn't come loose. However you can use acetone or CA glue to glue them in forever. I've added the assemblies for them, please split them to objects to print them flat. Note the hooks are an array in my CAD package so you will need to split the hooks again to get them to lie flat. The handles are for medium sized files I have two versions that are pre-cut and ready to print if your files are the same size as mine. I've also added two handle assemblies which contain a file handle blank with a separate part called the "cutter". When you load these into your slicer, you need to select the cutter in the object list, right click and select "change type" the choose "Negative Part". After slicing you will see the hole in the bottom of the handle. If you need larger holes for your files then place the file upright on the base and split the part to separate objects. You can even move the handle out of the way to see better what you are doing. Now scale the cutter using the scale toolbar icon, uniform scaling should be OK. once you are happy with the cutter size, right click the cutter and select "center", then do the same for the handle. Now select both the cutter and the handle in the object list and then right click on the handle in the preview and select "Assemble" to merge the two parts. Now change the cutter to a negative part. If you try to scale the cutter while it's in an assembly it will raise the handle off the bed, then you'll need to split the part anyway to fix it. I'm sorry that I cannot upload print profiles for this as I'm eagerly awaiting my Kobra S1 before I can do so. If you are stuck or need help leave a comment and I will supply you a print profile privately.
