Fillet Gauge Outer

This 3D printable toolset contains a series of external fillet gauges designed for measuring outer diameters and convex corner radiuses ranging from 5mm to 25mm in precise 1mm increments. Ideal for reverse engineering, 3D modeling, and workshop measurements, each individual gauge leaf is numbered for quick identification. The design features an organizing bolt that comes in two sections with three alignment holes, allowing you to use pieces of spare 1.75mm filament cut to just under 5mm as alignment pins during assembly. This system keeps the metric gauge blades securely bound together as a compact fan tool to prevent lost pieces. The functional print requires no supports and is optimized for standard FDM 3D printers using PLA or PETG.
