Filter Box Bracket

Need to filter dust and hair out of the air for something? Make a filter box out of ... filters. I have a couple of antminers. They suck a lot of air in to cool the chips. But that air contains dust and hair that can get caught on heatsinks and gum up the airflow. Putting a piece of filter material on the inlet works, but restricts the airflow more than I wanted. I considered building a chute that I could attach a furnace filter to, but then came up with a simpler and better idea: make a filter box out of the filters themselves. All I needed was a bracket that would hold the edges together. This design seems to work pretty well, with a caveat: there will still be a small gap along the edges, allowing some air to bypass the filters. But it's simple and cheap. If you want a slightly firmer grip, adjust the size of the bracket. They are designed to work with standard 1" furnace filters.
