Firstly, thanks to Joan Pujades for the original shell.
I wanted my son to have some protection at his job bagging groceries.
And I wanted a simple reliable assembly without too much post processing.
Important note: Unmodified by heat bending or scaling, this mask best fits a larger face.
My son says it fits comfortably. But, I plan to make adaptable for more users.
(4/23/2020 - Thanks for viewing this design. I've stopped work on it, because this one assembles and fits better - https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4287320 )
None of these parts require support materials or rafts.
Print two buckles. You'll also need:
30" of 3/8" elastic band,
1 thick rubber band,
2 small zip ties (or print 4 buckles, or double up the elastic band length),
1 shop vac filter or vacuum bag and or 1 clean cotton tee,
1 clothes pin
Be sure to wash mask and replace filter after each shift.
