Filter Queen Wheel

My Filter Queen Vacuum is several decades old. I bought it used in 2005 and even then, it showed only a tad bit of wear and tear. Well... dog hair got jammed up in the wheel bearings on the riveted-in-place caster wheels, and the wheel eventually crumbled since the rubber had died long ago. This wasn't a perfect print, being an early thing I made.. but it fit and works perfectly, so I stopped tweaking on it. After removing the hair and clearing off all the rubber bits stuck to the shaft collar, I was able to clip two of these wheels on my vacuum and am still using it 2 years later! Wheels rotate perfectly and the gap from the print shrinking in the corners during the build don't affect that at all. Don't even hear it when it rolls! The screws are #6 pan head sheet metal. I think they were 1" in length. Print two halves with the axis pointing vertically or horizontally, and print 4 of the pins with the axis vertical. The pins help align the two wheel halves.
