This is my Design, very less in weight and less part and it's effective for 3D manufacture. According to the Spec Weight need to be reduce (Density of material need to be less) Strength should be high (Young's modulus need to be high) so Performance Index M = (E/p(density)) and the material that are choose here For Pillars - Carbon Fiber (for high strength) For Chassis - Aluminium 4032-T6 (for high Elastic Modulus and other material properties such as tensile,yield,thermal conductivity ec. also the density of this Material is less therefor the weight of this model is reduce) Overall Weight -141.03 grams * This weight without nut or bolt that are using for this, COM (mm) x=00.00 y=00.00 z=49.27 i hope this should be motivated, and i am still researching about this cubesats maybe later i'll able to upload some best models. and i have some clarification of this cubesats still, and upper and bottom part of this can be seperated and other are combined so easy to printing all faces are symmetrically and same faces so easy of printing this kind of Model we need to have apply lot of Engineering knowledge.
