Cheap and easy sanding blocks with a face set to common finger/fret board radius from 7.5" to 14"

adjust length to your taste

Settings can be blended to personal preference.
I used-
10 tops and bottoms
5 walls
25% infill
Orient the numbers down for minimal supports
Ironing top surfaces
