Fins for compressed air "rockets" made by rolling a sheet of paper around a 20mm plastic tube.
They are launched from a launcher (almost) similar to the one made by www.airrocketworks.com.
These are not really rockets. A more correct description is "spigot mortar".
A great toy for teaching science and having fun.
