Fire extinguisher pin

I have a fire extinguisher where the plastic safety pin broke.
Rather than order a new one (See [here](https://www.selectsafetysales.com/p-1083-fire-extinguisher-plastic-pull-pin.aspx)), I took a little time and made one in Fusion 360.

Also, Lay it on it's side when printing. I made the end of the ring flat so it could be printed upright but best on it's side which I also made flat.
