I'm making this for a Fire Force group cosplay. It's designed around a 1/4 inch thick acrylic sheet cut to the dimensions of the sword stl (I don't think I will add the point at the end). The lights are going to be a LED strip diffused within the acrylic sword and will be powered by 3 "18650" batteries housed in the handle. There's a cut out for a charging port and switch to control the batteries on the side of the handle.
