First Gear Locker for Ryft

I wanted an easy way to make the gear box on my Ryft locked at first gear. This part not only locks the drive dog in place, it also replaces one of the gears that is not needed which results in less rotating mass.

If you buy an RTR version of the Ryft you need the 2-speed kit added before doing this mod.
