This test is useful for checking the flatness of the print bed and highlighting any potential issues. It is recommended to use PLA for printing this test.It is essential that the print bed is perfectly clean and that the filament used is thoroughly dry.The result should be a smooth and sturdy sheet. However, the test print may show defects, as can be seen in the last two photos:There may be ripples caused by an excessively compressed first layer in that area, meaning the nozzle is too close to the print bed. In this case, the bed will need to be leveled more accurately.Alternatively, there may be a frayed or stringy area. In this case, the nozzle is too far from the bed, and there are two ways to address the issue. First, the bed must be properly leveled. Second, if some spots where this defect occurs persist, it means the print bed has small concavities. To eliminate them, small pieces of adhesive tape can be placed underneath those areas to raise the bed by about one tenth of a millime
