fischertechnik edge bracket (Anbauwinkel)

When constructing larger models with aluminium beams (alu-profil) one needs reinforcement in the corners to prevent shaking or breaking of the endpoint nuts. There are two existing fischertechnik parts, the 'Anbauwinkel' (32615) or the wheel suspension / Radaufhangung (31258) that do this well. However, these parts are no longer being produced and only in limited numbers available in the second hand market at elevated prices.

Three new designs have been made which can be used instead. One is based on a 30mm standard bric with winton the side, the other two are simple 30x30 or 30x45mm brackets. Since the nut are difficult to print such that they can withstand significant force, slits have been used on both sides. The connection with the beams can be made with 15, 30 or 45mm linear connectors.
