Fish Disgorger with squared handle

I was having trouble printing the discorger made my makerdavid3D on my textured plate, so I remixed it by adding a squared handle to improve adhesion to textured build plates and also added a hole for a lanyard. Not a big change, but enough to warrant sharing with others.
