Fishing net rail mount

I rail mount ring and a rail mount cup (designed for 1 inch horizontal railing on a boat) to hold a fishing net or other pole-like item (up to 40 mm diameter).

I included holes for melting in brass inserts to capture 4 mm stainless steel hardware. You could also just throughbolt the parts.
