Fiskars Easy Action Micro-tip Scissors Guard

My sister asked if I could make a sheath for her Fiskars micro-tip scissors so they wouldn't poke holes in whatever bag she happens to carry them in. I first tried a simple remix of TabLeft's sheath https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1990412, but found that the tab I put on the end needed an awkward amount of force to move out of the way to insert the blades, and the tips seemed to dig into the sheath until the handles cleared the tab at the back. So not being an engineer, and having no training in design, I came up with a very ugly, inefficient, and probably not very durable design using a hinged tab so that the blades can be inserted easily. I think I'm mostly posting this as an example of what not to do in hopes someone else will come up with a better idea.
