Fix for Mould King 10160 Clock

This is a retrofit for a synchronous motor to the Mould King Clock 10160. Mould King is a Chinese alternative brick manufacturer, compatible with LEGO. Their technic model for a clock is basically working, but driven by a servo using an app, from a battery pack that only lasts half an hour and that is loud as heck. Sure, as a proof of concept, and all from within their product line, this is impressive, but nonetheless, I wanted this clock to tell me the proper time.
