Just a repaired model of this mount I wanted to build. Ran it through makeprintable.com
Edit 3/20/2017: So it seems the original model was scaled incorrectly, and there was a particular edge that was causing Simplify3D to carve a nasty hole, so I ended up throwing the model into TinkerCAD, fixing it a bit more, added some niceties like countersinks for the bolts, then re-scrubbing it with MakePrintable again.
I also have included a version customized to the print head I put together for my own Frankenbot.
