These are copies of complete baby pistol bullets from FixPrice. In the original set of only 10, they can get lost.
Printing the bullets on a 3D printer is pretty cheap: 4 cents apiece (as of 2022)
It is best to set the fill to 0, so the bullet becomes lighter and shots out better.
