Flag Adapter

UPDATE: tested, and the official flags are slightly loose in slot but I think I am ok with that for now. Thanks to the Tried & True podcast for the sneak peak and heads up that flags will be changing.

Haven't tested yet, but word is that the 20mm flag objective will change to 30mm base size. So here is an adapter to change flags.
