Flagging Tape Dispenser

this is a flagging tape dispenser that can wither be worn on a belt 38mm x 4mm, or can be attached to molle gear using zip ties. it can be a little tricky to load the tape through the holes, but not impossible. I may end up enlarging the holes to aid in reloading the tape. uses m3x12 bolts to hold the top on. included is the SKP for any changes. use supports from build plate when printing the bottoms and the adapters.
