Flambeau case clip

The reason my Flambeau hard case was on the clearance shelf was because it had only two of the four clips needed to securely close it.
I used HechoEnIowa's clip design as a starting point (Thanks BTW) and built it out using Tinkercad.
My first print was PLA set to Fine quality and 40% infill and it still snapped in two when I took it off the print bed, so keep that in mind. Not that it matters; I forgot the slots in the top so it wouldn't have worked anyway. Still, the smallest piece fit, so it looks like I got the dimensions right. It may need more flexibility.
I'll try a TPU print later, but for now I am printing it on my Elegoo Mars using SIRAYA Tech Flex Black resin. This will be the first time using this stuff so I'll let ya know!
UPDATE 22/11/2025:
This SIRAYA Tech Flex stuff will be awesome for making rubber gaskets and other floppy things. For case clips with a need for SOME rigidity, not so much.
