This is flange for acrylic hemisphere in order to fix the flange-less acrylic hemisphere.
Acrylic hemisphere is fixed by using flange's horizontal hole with grub screws, and vertical hole with M3 nuts and bolts.
This flange is for 10cm diameter with 2mm thickness acrylic hemisphere. You can change the diameter and the period of holes by changing the arguments of modules in scad file.
I am involved in a digital globe project which is called "Dagik Earth".
