I made the flanges and main body in Creo 11 with solid and sheetmetal tools. Each limb is a flange preset. The eyes were done in Onshape because it's easier to do projection curves. Feel free to modify or remix the design if you'd like.

Printed this on my Ender 3 Pro in PLA with tree supports (sliced in Cura)
