I love my speedlight, a little Triopo 988. This should work with most speedlights, however, with some padding along the side (IE craft foam). I like beauty dishes, but they're big, bulky, and honestly not as useful on speedlights. One problem with speedlights is the hotspot, right dead in the center, beauty dishes help eliminate that hotspot by redirecting the center to the sides. Years ago I made something like this with cardboard and aluminum foil. I have a better resource now, however. So basically this is speedlight beauty dish. Print it with supports for the side tabs, paint the inside silver (or use reflective tape, etc, paint the "mirror" that slots into the center, then glue it in side the pyramid faced towards the flash, then glue in paper, or some other translucent material on the cover plate, then glue it to the main assembly (I used transparent, plastic shelf paper), an
