Flashforge AD5M Nozzle Wiper

This is a nozzle wiper for the AD5M... the long piece gets double-side taped to the right edge of the build plate and the piece with the silicone wiper on it dove-tails with it. The long piece has a stop built in that goes to the front of the build plate.

I wanted a wiper that I could easily remove to change build plates. I originally tried it with PLA but it warped pretty bad over the heated bed. This one is made from ASA and seems to work well even with the bed heated to 105C.

You will notice in the photo that the silicone wiper is attached by what looks like thread- it's dental floss. Super strong and easy to work with. I tried CA glue and it worked for a while, but eventually the wiper began lifting where the nozzle would hit it. So I CA glued it and put 2 strands of dental floss around it- it has been working flawlessly for several months.
