New V2 file added that has a bigger lip to hold the glass plate in place better.
This is the Flashforge Creator and Dreamer glass bed corner posts. This is the same part that comes with the Makersome Glass Bed Upgrade kit and it works with glass plates that are 9" x 6" and 5mm thick (and thicker). We redesigned this part to a little tighter tolerances that the others we had tried and made it a little wider and sturdier so it works great with only two corners in place. They are also a little shorter to work with the 5mm (and larger) borosilicate glass plates. These are specially designed to hold plates that are a tad bit smaller (9" x 6") than the actual build plate.
To Print:
Print this with ABS so it won't melt since it does come into contact with the build plate. If you don't have a heated bed you can use PLA. We use 0.2 layer resolution and there is no need for supports. I printed this with the extruder at 230*C and 110*C on the build plate.
