Pillar warning beacon, to make sure that nobody will hit it:)
I have created PCB design and sent it to JLCPCB for manufacturing it.
Then i have solder some SMD components so it is small and should last mounted outside.
I have inspired here (circuit):
http://www.discovercircuits.com/PDF-FILES/3vledfs1.pdf
I have modified it, that you have option there to use LDR (Light Dependent Resistor) so it will blink only at night (dark).
With CR2477 battery it should blink very long time.
It will work also with CR2032 battery but it last probably less.
I have printed with PLA+ and did not used any waterproof coating,
but i have tested it with even running water so it should be OK.
I have printed top cover with transparent PLA so flashing LED is easy visible.
If you want to make sure that it will last long, print it with some more durable material, or use some coating, glue, rubber sealing etc.
There is dummy PCB with parts included so you can make idea how final real PCB
