Flashlight TPU Bumper (Defiant)

I picked up some small Defiant brand aluminum LED flashlights at Home Depot (link to Home Depot, link to Amazon)- They are decent quality for the price and even included batteries, but I didn't love the sharp edge on the LED end so I designed up a TPU bumper to slide over the end to give it some durability and softness (for those inevitable drops). I used the small indents along the barrel and a slight undersizing of the inside diameter of the bumper to give a nice tight fit, but you could always put a drop or two of super glue on it to keep things together permanently. For material, I used Polymaker's TPU95 (link), but any similar TPU should work. In the attached profile, I slowed down the “Generic TPU” profile and tweaked a couple retraction settings to give a very clean finished model but make sure to your TPU is incredibly dry to get the best results.
