This is a small funnel with an outside diameter of 8mm on the small end. This is small enough for use with flasks that have a 3/8" (9.5mm) inside diameter opening.
The small end can be tricky to print since it is so small. The following are the settings that worked for me after much experimentation, but your results may vary depending on your printer's print fan(s) effectiveness.
Material used: PETG
It can be tricky to print with PETG. Typically I print PETG between 235-245C, but in this case I needed to reduce it to 230C. PETG has a higher melt temperature than PLA so it is usually more viscus, hence the higher temperature. It is best to print with a reduced gearing extruder for strength. Also, a large size nozzle will also help keep the plastic flowing at the cooler temperature. However, use a thin layer height to let the plastic cool quickly. I used a 0.2mm layer height.
You probably will also want to use Spiral Vase mode in your slicer to avoid layer step or ret
