Flat Eye Cable Tie

Here is another kind of parametric cable tie inspired by others and an idea by APrinterInTheWoods when reviewing my other cable ties (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6729313 and https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5950641).

This one if designed in FreeCAD (FreeCAD file included). It is parameterized. Open up the FreeCAD file and then open the spreadsheet. There are two groups of parameters, one you can edit, the others just variables computed from the others.

This tie allows you to define the thickness, the number of segments, and several other lengths, in addition to the number of catch eyes. By adding more than one catch eye, you can capture multiple things with the same tie, or, as APrinterInTheWoods noted, you can keep the tie on the main cable while using the remainder to capture the rest of the cable.
