This is a 8 inches 12v EL Flat Panel
You need to print 3 times flat-panel.stl and one time flat-panel-2.stl
Just used CA glue to stick the four pieces together.
I've used frost filter used in studio lightning to make the light more diffuse.
To get the flat panel:
