Flat surface mount for Servo driven pan/tilt

I loved this geared pan/tilt setup but I needed a way to mount the whole apparatus on a flat surface.

The mounting holes are 4mm diameter.

I left a small space on the rear for the servo cable to fit through.

All other pieces are unchanged from the original design.
