Flea Collar Joiner... starter project.

This is just a super simple starter project if you want to join up the two ends of a flea collar; perhaps for some other purpose, this can at least get you started on the sizing. The size is a bit snug for the standard flea collars; so if you want something easier to for the collar to slide into, just expand it by 1mm.
