Flexi

a XY table machined in a single piece of titanium in fact the "Full Flexi" is made of two identical square "Flexi" parts assembled so that linear motors (voicecoils) can actuate each of the 2 axis. The central part is guided frictionless by deformable parallelograms flexing at "hinges".
