Flexi Spring Cutter – Turn Any STL Flexi

Turn your favorite STL models into flexible spring-style toys with this Flexi Spring Cutter. This model is designed to be used as a negative part / boolean cutter inside Bambu Studio or another compatible slicer. Position and scale the cutter around the body of your model, apply a boolean difference, and the original solid section becomes a flexible spiral structure. How to use Import your STL model. Add the Spring Cutter as a negative part. Rotate and scale it around the section you want to make flexible. Make sure the cutter surrounds the model’s body. Apply the boolean difference. Slice, check the preview and print. It works especially well with elongated models such as dogs, cats, snakes, dinosaurs and other animals. Results depend on the shape and thickness of the original STL. Very thin, irregular or highly detailed models may require resizing or additional adjustments.
