Flexible Ankle Cuffs

## Story
This is a rescaled version of my collar designed for ankles or wrists. I find these cuffs much more comfortable than other designs printed in harder plastics (PLA/ABS/PETG) and extremely durable. If you've never printed anything in TPU before remember to put something down (like gluestick) if you're printing onto PEI. Also print slowly and expect stringing (though enabling avoid crossing perimeters in your slicer will help).

I recommend printing this in NinjaFlex because its flexibility and give makes them decently comfortable. I have also tried SainSmart TPU and while it works, it's not nearly as comfortable. If anyone else has some experience in other flexibles they like, please leave them below (and post a make if you have time!).
