The utensil holder attaches to an EVA foam twist tie to assist a person with limited grasp. Designed to quickly insert the utensil, then twist the knob to lock into place, or loosen to remove the utensil for cleaning as needed. It should be obvious, but do not place the EVA foam or the 3D printed part in the dishwasher :)
