Flexispot OC3 Coat Hanger "Delete"

This model is a “delete” part that is designed to replace the integrated coat hanger on the Flexispot OC3 available on Amazon (Link). The ProblemThe original coat hanger was a constant nuisance – it would constantly scrape my desk if I swiveled my chair around, and made the space it was in feel smaller too. The solution was to design a replacement part. The SolutionI designed this replacement part to provide a clean, low-profile, and strong part. It is a drop-in replacement that requires no modifications to the chair, and utilizes the original hardware for installation. Recommended Print SettingsWhile most filaments and nozzle sizes will work, I used the following for my version:Material: PETG-CF (for a matte finish)Nozzle: 0.6mmWalls: 6Infill: 50%Note for 0.4mm Nozzles: If you are printing with a standard 0.4mm nozzle, I recommend using 8 walls to achieve a similar structural thickness as the 0.6mm print.
