FLICC Thumbstick housing

I wanted to give the FLICC (https://github.com/progamerr/FLICC-Gamepad) gamepad's thumbstick an outer housing similar to an Xbox or PS4 controller.

This is designed to sit on top of the two acrylic circles that enclose the thumbstick potentiometer

There are two different models, one with a collar that provides some support and stability, and one without
